A dry Riesling from Clemens and Rita Busch, whose biodynamically farmed vineyards lie on the steep slopes around Pünderich in the Mosel. The wine draws on the region's distinctive slate soils, which contribute freshness and mineral definition. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, reflecting the domaine's traditional, low-intervention approach to winemaking.
Green apple, ripe citrus and white peach meet delicate floral notes and a subtle herbal character. The palate is dry and finely textured, with vibrant acidity, a gentle richness and a persistent stony finish. A precise and approachable expression of Mosel Riesling, combining bright fruit with the tension and minerality characteristic of Clemens Busch's wines.
