Marthe Henry Boillot, granddaughter of the esteemed Pierre Boillot, established her own domaine in 2013 in Meursault, Burgundy. Drawing from her experience at Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard and Domaine Rougeot, she produces wines with a strong expression of terroir, marked by freshness and balance. Her approach includes organic farming, minimal intervention, and extended barrel ageing without racking. Sulfur additions are kept to a minimum, used only at bottling.
The 2021 Meursault is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown on limestone-rich soils renowned for producing wines with minerality and finesse. The vintage was warm and dry, allowing grapes to ripen fully while preserving vibrant acidity. Grapes were hand harvested and whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation took place in oak barrels using native yeasts, followed by several months ageing on lees without racking to enhance texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur. The wine offers aromas of citrus, toasted almonds, and subtle floral notes, with a creamy, elegant palate.

We offer shipping to all the countries mentioned above for a flat fee of £18.99 per order, regardless of size or weight. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to these countries.
Due to internal regulations, we are unable to ship our wines to Sweden or Finland.
As an international customer, we will not charge you UK VAT or taxes. However, based on your country's regulations, you will need to pay customs and handling fees, which are generally around 20%.

Packaging
We use only sustainable, recycled and recycling packaging that provides the highest standard of protection to the bottles. When possible, your wine is delivered in reused but reliable packaging that significantly helps the environment and also keeps down unnecessary costs, allowing the wines to do the talking.
