Remy has revitalized his family maison, bringing a fresh and vibrant energy to these already delightful wines. Based in the village of Passy-sur-Marne, he now crafts two distinct styles: his Non-Vintage cuvée, a playful and fruity wine with a subtle flirtation with oxidation, and his single-variety wines, which are oak-vinified, serious, and deeply expressive. Each wine is stunning, showcasing exceptional fruit and texture.
Complex and nutty on the nose. There is a lovely oxidative play. On the palate it's warm and comforting with great balance of fruits and a clean, chalky finish, which also brings some creamy brioche notes.
