Bodegas Galmes I Ribot Cati Ribot

Cati Ribot is the third generation to tend vines in Mallorca, but the first in her family to bottle wines under her own name. After studying oenology, she returned to the family vineyards and began converting them to organic and then biodynamic farming. She works exclusively with native Mallorcan varieties like Callet and Premsal, using amphora and old wood. Cati believes these grapes, grown wild and worked gently, best honour the island’s ancient winemaking soul.
