Suelo Vivo, meaning ‘living soil’, reflects Azul y Garanza’s commitment to regenerative farming. Predominantly Garnacha, with a touch of Moscatel skin contact adding aromatic lift, it offers bright red berries, wild herbs and subtle floral notes. Light, juicy and full of energy, it balances freshness with gentle structure, making it an easy-going yet versatile red suited to a wide range of dishes and occasions
