The vineyard is located in Ai Balluri, Neive, on the renowned Bricco Mondino hill. Barbaresco DOCG Mondino stands out for its approachable character, offering a fruity bouquet with delicate tannins. Winemaking Manual harvest, macerated and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Then malolactic takes place in oak and the wine ages for at least 18 months large oak barrels(botti). After aging, the wine rests at least 6 months in bottle.
