Vin Noé is a natural wine project led by Jonathan Purcell, based in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. Having worked at Domaine Pacalet, Purcell applies minimal intervention and organic viticulture to his vineyards, embracing whole-cluster fermentations and spontaneous yeast activity. His wines showcase a raw yet refined expression of terroir with textured, lively character and balanced freshness.
A serious blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, sourced from organically farmed sites in Beaujolais and vinified with the gentle, low intervention approach he developed under Philippe Pacalet. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and made without fining or filtration, the wine is all about purity and drinkability. Pinot Noir brings finesse and floral lift, while Gamay contributes energy and vibrant fruit. The result is a juicy, featherweight red packed with wild strawberry, blood orange and crunchy red berry character, carried by bright acidity and remarkable precision.
