Envínate (aka wine-yourself) is the brainchild of Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente, four friends who met while studying oenology at the University of Miguel Hernández in Alicante. They focus on exploring the ancient, Atlantic-influenced terruños of Ribeira Sacra, The Canary Islands and Almansa. Their philosophy is simple: let each parcel fully express itself through traditional farming and wine-making methods. Right now there are four different projects under the Envínate umbrella: Lousas overseen by Alfonso Torrente in Ribeira Sacra, Táganan and Benje by Roberto Santana in Tenerife, and Albahra in Almansa by Laura Ramos and José Martínez.
The newest addition to Envínate’s stellar portfolio, this is an ethereal expression of Listan Negro from two separate parcels in the Orovata Valley, where vines are over 100 years old.
A pure, feather-light and ethereal red, with redcurrants, orange and spices on the nose,
combined with soft raspberry and cherry notes. Tannins are light, there’s a pervading minerality on the palate and a stunningly long finish. An elusive and persuasive wine.

Winemaking Manual harvest,vinified separately, whole bunch for 1 parcel, 80% destemmed for the second one, fermented on skins for 12 days in concrete with indigenous yeast. Aged in old French barrique for about 11 months. No sulphur added at bottling, unfiltred and clarified with Bentonite.

All orders are shipped via UPS Express Delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 8 working days from the moment of processing.
We offer shipping to all the countries mentioned above for a flat fee of £18.99 per order, regardless of size or weight. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to these countries.
Due to internal regulations, we are unable to ship our wines to Sweden or Finland.
As an international customer, we will not charge you UK VAT or taxes. However, based on your country's regulations, you will need to pay customs and handling fees, which are generally around 20%.
USA, Canada, Asia, Australia
Although we ship regularly to these countries, we are unable to provide a fixed cost for shipping due to constant rate changes. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.

Packaging
We use only sustainable, recycled and recycling packaging that provides the highest standard of protection to the bottles. When possible, your wine is delivered in reused but reliable packaging that significantly helps the environment and also keeps down unnecessary costs, allowing the wines to do the talking.
