Envínate – One Vision, Three Terroirs

Envínate - which literally means “wine yourself” is thebrainchild of four friends: Laura Ramos, José Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torren.
United by their passion for authentic winemaking, they met while studying oenology at the University of Miguel Hernández in Alicante and have since become one of Spain’s most exciting wine projects.
Their focus lies in uncovering the soul of Spain’s ancient and undiscovered wine regions. From the steep slopes of Ribeira Sacra in Galicia to the volcanic soils of Tenerife in the Canary Islands and the rugged terrain of Almansa in south eastern Spain, the group runs 3 projects making wines with a clear sense of place.
Their philosophy is rooted in respect—for the soils, the vine, and tradition. They farm without systemic pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilisers, allowing each parcel to thrive naturally.
In the cellar, they embrace low intervention methods: hand-harvesting, stem inclusion, foot-treading, wild yeast fermentation, and ageing in old barrels and concrete, with only minimal sulphur added before bottling.
The result? Wines that are vibrant, honest, and full of character—some of the most distinctive bottles coming out of Spain today.
We’re delighted to share a wide selection of Envínate’s wines with you, including a specially curated Introductory Package of 6 bottles offered at a special price — the perfect way to discover their incredible work. Each bottle is also available individually.
ENVINATE INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE
Albahra is a cuvée corresponding to the "Vinos Mediterraneos" collection from Envínate, the name comes from the arabic "Al bahr" meaning "small sea" and was given by the Moors that lived in Al- manṣaf, currently the Almansa region which is located at the southeastern tip of Castilla-La Mancha bordering with the Spanish Levante.
A blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Moravia Agria from a 3ha parcel, planted on clay/calcareous soils.
Nose displays ripe red fruit, floral notes, and minerality. On the palate there is bright acidity, good structure, body and power. Finishes long and is highly enjoyable.
Lousas Vino de Aldea, Envinate 2023
Crafted in the heart of Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra is a captivating expression of place and tradition. “Lousas” refers in Galician language to the slate rich soils of the Amandi subregion, while “Aldea” means village—signifying this is Envínate’s village-level wine.
The result is a pure, mineral-driven red that speaks of its rugged landscape. A wine with lifted, perfumed aromatics of violet and mediterranean herbs, a savory edge. With velvety tannins and juicy fruit concentration.
Táganan is the ancient name for a wild, remote corner of Tenerife's Anaga Natural Reserve. Here, vines cling to steep volcanic cliffs just above the Atlantic, forming some of the island’s oldest field-blend vineyards.
The terrain is so rugged that all vineyard work is manual, often aided by animals. This is true heroic viticulture, yielding wines as untamed and vivid as the landscape. A juicy and utterly drinkable red, with plenty of fresh red fruit, spiciness and food-friendly acidity.
Táganan Blanco is a distinctive white from old, mixed vineyards of native Canary Island grapes like Listán Blanco, Albillo Criollo, and Marmajuelo—some varieties unnamed.
Grown between 75–300 metres above sea level on coastal cliffs, these parcels are also hand-farmed by locals and Envínate. The wine is saline, flinty, and vibrant, capturing the wild spirit of Tenerife’s northeast coastline. A truly unique and characterful wine, deliciously salty and smoky with refreshing, lemony acidity.
The newest addition to Envínate’s stellar portfolio, this is an ethereal expression of Listan Negro from two separate parcels in the Orovata Valley, where vines are over 100 years old. A pure, feather-light and ethereal red, with redcurrants, orange and spices on the nose, combined with soft raspberry and cherry notes.
Tannins are light, there’s a pervading minerality on the palate and a stunningly long finish. An elusive and persuasive wine.
This wine comes from Tenerife's volcanic slopes, presenting a fresh yet complex profile with predominant Listan Prieto grapes, showcasing Spain's volcanic terruño in every sip.
Displays perfumed red fruit flavours of wild strawberry and raspberry, a mineral stony core and a hint of smoke on the finish.
