Agronomist Bruno Schloegel took over from his uncle in 2001, joined by his son Théo. Together, they champion a Fukuoka-inspired approach, fostering biodiversity with unploughed, unmowed vineyards. Vines are woven, not trimmed, and co-planted fruit trees create symbiotic systems.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNew vines compete with native flora for years before producing fruit, resulting in low yields (30-40 hh) but exceptional quality.
