La Manina, Manincor 2019
Manincor
Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg descends from among the most prominent Tyrolean families with a history of vine-growing dating back to the 1600s. Michael took over the estate in 1991, and his long years of extensive development work are now bearing fruit. He has reduced yields and converted the estate to biodynamic principles. The result is inimitable wines of great purity, with a strong sense of personality provided by the natural diversity of sites and soil compositions.
Fresh, lively and vibrant, easy to drink a wine true to the teritory. Ripe fruit flavours of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit with fresh herbal aromas of sage and mint.
