Fully destemmed and gently extracted, it is aged for 15 months in barrique and tonneaux before a short period in bottle. Classic Cabernet Franc aromatics lead the way — dark berries, green pepper and plenty of spice — with a juicy, precise palate, polished tannins and remarkable density. Fresh, savoury and beautifully structured, it combines the variety’s distinctive herbal character with Jan Raumland’s signature finesse and light touch.
