Xavier Goodridge used to work at Bress, a vineyard and sustainable mixed farm situated just 90 minutes from Melbourne creating fine wines, ciders & produce using biodynamic practices from a variety of regions in Victoria, before starting out on his own.
Ripe summer tropical and stone fruits on the nose with aromas of peach, pineapple and passionfruit. The palate is all about pure Chardonnay fruit. Nice gentle texture throughout, with vibrant acidity keeping everything clean. A well-balanced, deliciously approachable natural wine.
