The domaine covers around seven hectares, planted primarily with Corsican varieties including Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu and Vermentinu on granite-based soils. Farming is certified biodynamic, with a strong focus on biodiversity and traditional vineyard work. In the cellar, Sébastien works with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention and little to no sulphur, avoiding filtration and other corrective techniques. The wines combine the Mediterranean character of southern Corsica with freshness, fine tannins and a distinctive granitic minerality.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA refined Corsican red from Sébastien Poly-Casabianca’s biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Taravo Valley, predominantly based on the local Sciaccarellu variety. The vines grow on granitic slopes, giving the wine much of its freshness and mineral character.
