Small production for this natural wine made from Dona Branca grape which is mainly used for white Port. The appearance is medium gold hazy and cloudy. On the nose is light with aromas of chamomile, acacia and some mild herbal notes. There's a
slight volatile acidity. On the palate all aromas on the nose are confirmed to which I would add apricot, orange peel, biscuit, bread, all combined to a grippy and nutty
finish truly pleasant. Good acidity, med body and medium finish.
Great natural white which I would pair well to a clams pasta.
